Dear Potential Patient,
I am a chiropractor, but, like everyone else, my spine needs regular adjustments to preserve it and to make sure I am functioning at as high a level as possible. So, just like everyone else, I go to the chiropractor to receive many of the treatments I deliver to my own patients.
When I sat down to write the goals for my practice, it occurred to me that the kind of chiropractic care I want to give my patients, is exactly the kind of chiropractic care I wanted to receive. And I can assure you that I would hold my chiropractor to some pretty high standards.
I would want my chiropractor to see me as an individual, to know me personally and not merely as a chart number or the “next patient.” I would want my chiropractor to foster this relationship by knowing what is important to me and respecting me as a person. And I wouldn’t want to be taken for granted, even years into the relationship.
Although I am probably as brave as the next person, I’d prefer, naturally, not to experience discomfort during my chiropractic visit. I would want my chiropractor to have genuine concern for my comfort, before, during, and after my treatment. I would want my chiropractor to have thoroughly mastered pain-free techniques.
Maybe I’m spoiled, but I get annoyed if I have to do too much waiting. I’d much prefer to see a chiropractor and staff ready for me when I arrived, and I’d like it if the doctor and staff gave me their full attention while with me.
I’m a stickler or quality. I am even willing to pay a little more if I am receiving top-of-the-line treatment. This is the only spine I have and it has to last me the rest of my life, so I wouldn’t choose a chiropractor because his fees were the lowest. I would choose a chiropractor who could provide me with the highest level of care, which is what I feel I deserve. I would appreciate someone who is painstakingly accurate in all the details of my treatment. So what I want as a chiropractic patient I hope you want, because the result of this kind of treatment is my true goal: optimal spinal health and function. If you want this kind of care, I would be happy to be your chiropractor.
Sincerely,
Dr. Gregory King

Listen to what one of the thousands of patients we've treated had to say
I hadn't slept in over 4 weeks from the constant pain. So I agreed with the encouragement of my wife to visit Dr. King, as opposed to visiting my medical doctor. I had never been to a chiropractor before and was very skeptical as to its value and validity. After only 3 weeks "I am a new person!" . I want to thank Dr. King and his staff for a wonderful job helping to improve my life. It has given me great faith in knowing for sure that chiropractic treatments are not phony, but a real necessity to improved health. I will be spreading the word!.- Orvil Rogers
